Terms of Use for Our Referral Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you may use deliverattacking.garden and the referral service Deliverattacking Mold Help offers through it. When you browse the site, phone the number on it, or send a form, you agree to these terms. This is a general template and is not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Deliverattacking Mold Help is a referral and marketing service. We introduce homeowners to independent mold inspection, testing and remediation providers. We do not inspect, take samples, test, remove, clean or repair anything. We are also not a party to any deal you strike with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

The providers you meet through us are independent. They alone answer for their estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, test results, licenses, insurance and behavior. We do not hire, supervise or direct them. We make no promise about when they can come, how fast they respond, what work they do or how it turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of insurance and any license your state requires. Get the estimate in writing.

Information, Not Advice

Everything on this website is general information. It is not medical, health, professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. If you have health worries, talk to a doctor. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and with your insurer.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate details when you reach out. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt it, or try to get into it in ways that are not allowed.

Contact by Phone, Text or Email

When you phone us or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing contact@deliverattacking.garden.

Who Owns the Content

The text and design of this site belong to Deliverattacking Mold Help or those who license it to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

The law sets the outer limit here, and within it Deliverattacking Mold Help is not responsible for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered on an "as is" basis, with no warranties of any kind.

Changes

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
